The items I wanted were on sale which is always great. The clothes fit amazing and have a unique, body hugging style which I love. The only negative was the £2.50 return fee if you want to return any items which I think is quite unfair

the worst customer service i have ever recieved. i returned a jacket almost 3 months ago, sent 9 emails and still they havent acknowledged my emails or sent me the refund. 9 bledy emails. worse customer service ever and i will continue to send reviews untill they sort this.

Absolutely disappointed, tried to order, payment didn’t go through than said error code ? purchase not confirmed, however they have taken the money from my account! When I’m trying to email to cust. Service from their website, sais email not valid !

I returned items totalling alot of money. I got no response, no email , no refund.
I contacted paypal , they eventually answered though the case i opened with PayPal day before deadline. In a very short reply informing me im not getting a refund as i sent items back without tags. I returned their email advising them that i returned all items with tags & original packaging. Once again no response.

I think it's disgusting thst a company can take your money, your returned items , resell them. Well there not gony chuck them in the bin & i have nothing. Where's my rights.
I will be taking this further , to trading standards.

Having given my first review, a 5 star for the product. I am now absolutely appalled. I returned some unwanted Xmas presents worth £90. They arrived at their returns centre on the 9th of Jan. I have chased this up and they have since responded advising that they are going to start a claim with Royal Mail. Why should I have to wait any longer when I have proof (that has been provided) it has been delivered. I am disgusted and will not use again. Give me my money back!

Excellent quality products and the small details count (an extra zip on my gym bottoms).

The products come in nicely sealed bags. I will definitely be buying from Gym King again.

I purchase some items before Christmas, which into return some of the items, which i did on the 21st December. Since then I have written in excess of a dozen emails to Gym King, as you cannot telephone them and have yet to receive a refund. I had an acknowledgment email on the 13th January to say they were looking into, but have heard nothing, despite so many emails. NEVER WILL I EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, their customer service is appalling. They are holding on to money which I am owed without a care. They should be struck off

I ordered some clothes from the website and received a shipping notification days after which never worked and also received a refund email. I ordered again hoping they were out of stock of the order I made previously but no correspondence has been received since I made the order almost a week now. Very disappointed

Extremely disappointed with the service. Leggings that are baggy in areas and having to explain to customer service while they refuse a refund. Also I have been charged two return charges when both products were in the same bag. No impressed and won't be ordering again

I've never had an issue since I started buying from gym king 3 years ago.. The order process is smooth, and the clothes are brilliant.love the style and look of gym kings gear! One thing I wish they started selling is gym king slidders..

I made my orders in December you told me it had been sent only to get it sent out end of January with half the order not there and you just sent a refund no apologies, the gear was for my holiday that I was on before you sent my order , joke

Straight forward, customer service needs to bring back telephony, after sending the wrong item I had to go through PayPal to get some kind of response.
The clothing I must say is great and good quality to boot....just not great customer service

Ordered a ladies size 6 coat, a mens xxl coat arrived. Shocking customer service . Received a email 8 days after original email asking for pics ( had already included pics in original email) send more pics , 2 weeks later still no reply ......

Happy with the clothing. But need to return and the link on page doesn't work, and the post office site won't work either. Also bought a hoody which isn't state cropped, and this is what I need to return. Emailed but just waiting on a reply now.

I was disappointed. I really like the style, I have a few of these suits bought a few years ago, but the quality was better in my opinion. the color is nice, the style is great, but the materials have deteriorated over time. like a rubber band around the waist. it is not sewn like in previous models, so when you pull the pants elastic gets twisted and it is look not nice and uncomfortable.
